Itinerary

Day 01:

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

•   Airport pick-up, transfer to hotel

•   Trek briefing & gear check

Day 02:

Fly to Lukla (2,860m) – Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

•   Scenic 35-min flight

•   3–4 hrs easy walk

Day 03:

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

•   Enter Sagarmatha National Park

•   6–7 hrs walk, steep climb at the end

Day 04:

Acclimatization in Namche (3,440m)

•   Side hike to Everest View Hotel / Khumjung village

Day 05:

Trek to Tengboche (3,860m)

•   5–6 hrs walk, visit Tengboche Monastery

Day 06:

Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)

•   Via Pangboche, 6 hrs trek

Day 07:

Acclimatization in Dingboche (4,410m)

•   Hike to Nangkartshang Peak (5,083m)

Day 08:

Trek to Lobuche (4,910m)

Day 09:

Trek to Gorak Shep (5,140m) – Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m)

•   Overnight at Gorak Shep

Day 10:

Hike Kala Patthar (5,545m) – Trek back to Lobuche (4,910m)

•   Best view of Everest from Kala Patthar

Day 11:

Trek to Lobuche Peak Base Camp (4,950m) – High Camp (5,400m)

•   Climb gradually to High Camp

•   Training with ropes, crampons, and ice axe

Day 12:

Summit Lobuche East (6,119m) – Return to Base Camp/Lobuche

•   Early morning alpine start

•   Steep snow slopes & fixed rope section

•   8–10 hrs total climbing day

Day 13:

Trek to Pangboche (3,985m)

Day 14:

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Day 15:

Trek to Lukla (2,860m)

Day 16:

Fly to Kathmandu (1,350m)
