Overview

The 8th highest mountain in the world, lies in the Gorkha region of Nepal. It’s known as the “Spirit Mountain” and is considered slightly less crowded than Everest or Cho Oyu, but technically and physically very challenging.

Itinerary

Day 01:

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

•   Pick-up and transfer to hotel.

•   Expedition briefing and gear check.

Day 02–03:

Expedition Preparation in Kathmandu

•   Permit process, shopping, packing.

Day 04:

Drive Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710m)

•   Scenic drive (8–9 hrs) via Dhading & Arughat

Day 05:

Trek to Machha Khola (900m)

Day 06:

Trek to Jagat (1,410m)

Day 07:

Trek to Deng (1,804m)

Day 08:

Trek to Namrung (2,630m)

Day 09:

Trek to Sama Gaon (3,530m)

•   First views of Manaslu massif.

Day 10:

Rest / Acclimatization in Sama Gaon (3,530m)

•   Short hikes & preparation.

Day 11:

Trek to Manaslu Base Camp (4,800m)

•   Establish base camp.

Day 12–43:

Climb Manaslu (8,163m)

•   Rotation climbs: Several trips to Camp I (5,700m), Camp II (6,400m), Camp III (6,800m), Camp IV (7,450m), and return to Base Camp for acclimatization.

•   Summit Push (Weather window): Base Camp → Camp I → Camp II → Camp III → Camp IV → Summit (8,163m) → Return via lower camps.

Day 44:

Pack up Base Camp – Trek down to Sama Gaon

Day 45:

Trek to Namrung (2,630m)

Day 46:

Trek to Philim/Jagat (1,410m)

Day 47:

Trek to Soti Khola (710m)

Day 48:

Drive back to Kathmandu

Day 49:

Free Day in Kathmandu
